From the west (Mankato):
Take highway 14 east into Owatonna past Walmart. Proceed under the I-35 overpass and turn right at the light onto State Ave. Take the first right after the railroad tracks onto Florence Ave. Take first left onto Dunnell Drive. The theatre will be on your left; additional parking past the theatre on your left.
From the South (Albert Lee): Take I-35 north.
(a) Take the Bridge Street exit (41) and turn right onto Bridge Street. Turn left at second light (State Ave.) Take second left onto West Hills Circle and veer left onto Dunnell Drive. Parking will be on the right and the theatre is around the bend on your left.

(b) Take exit 42 (Hoffman Drive/highway 14) and turn right (east) onto Hoffman Drive. Follow 'From West' directions above
